Could be another impressive Hammers march from Jelacic Sq. to the stadium. 40 minutes, a straight line.

No, I absolutely love every second of it. I'd fly to work if I could.

OtB - doesn’t the hassle/monotony of travelling and hanging around at airports get on your tits after a while?

Re: Westham in europe,croatia.
Cheers. I’m well versed with most of this as I’ve had a 2 week holiday with the family this summer. Was just surprised that you could use the results of one test to tick two boxes.

Huffers - after reading what rios said I had a look - yes, it looks like a non-NHS lateral flow taken at the right time before you go well get you back in as well (assuming you're away for less than three nights).
You'll still need the Day 2 test.

Re: Westham in europe,croatia.
OtB croatia need an antigen test form UK in 72 hrs before travelling and a passenger location form with details of where you are staying.

Being stuck in Croatia for 10 days would be alright with me.

Re: Westham in europe,croatia.
Huffers - you only need a pre-departure test if the country you're going to needs one. I went to France ten days ago and they needed nothing, I'm going to Poland tomorrow and they require nothing. You have to do a 'Fit to Fly' test (lateral flow is fine, it just must have a certificate and can't be NHS) in the three days before you return to the UK (and then the Day 2 test when you're back), so for weekends away/short trips I prefer to do them here as it removes that risk (however small, it is there). I'm not going to Zagreb so don't know what Croatia need, but it'll be here - https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/croatia/entry-requirements

rios - I don't doubt it, but there's always a risk you might test positive (particularly with lateral flows) and I'd rather do that here than anywhere else! I can get the lateral flows for £22 though, which helps.

OtB

The clinic that did mine, bloke told me they do 250 per day and have an average of 1 positive PER MONTH, its the same across the country, they see themselves as travel agents. I wouldn't worry too much, he said they even had people with symptoms who tested negative....

Re: Westham in europe,croatia.
So a pre-departure test is valid for your test to return as well if going for 24 hours?

On The Ball 10:30 Tue Sep 7
Re: Westham in europe,croatia.
The only issue with doing a test there is that if you test positive you've got problems. Do it before you go and you've got options.

Antigen tests in croatia cost about £19, there's still around 9 kune to the £ so happy days
